TerraTek is a locally owned and operated septic system/Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) company serving the greater Durango area, including La Plata and Archuleta Counties. We specialize in the design and construction of new and replacement septic systems, including tanks and drain fields.
Transfer of Title Inspections
We are certified septic/OWTS inspectors, and perform Transfer of Title inspections for real estate sales, including coordinating tank pumping and assisting with required paperwork.
Nationally Licensed
We are nationally licensed by NAWT (National Association of Wastewater Technicians), and on the state level by CPOW (Colorado Professionals in Onsite Wastewater), and regionally by SJBPH (San Juan Basin Public Health) and LPCPH (La Plata County Public Health).
